Dear Visitor, on this page I am showing you a selection of my paintings, which I have painted in acryllic in different frame sizes.  Main topics are water and clouds.

The source of all creativity - including for painting - is within each of us. I reach for the paintbrush, dip it into color and apply it to the canvas in asweeping motion. I always start with the sky - I can loose myself in the clouds. The rest of the motive somehow materializes out of the feeling that something is still missing in the painting. In the end, the landscape under the clouds offer a togetherness that originates in my imagination or at a place near the water. Often they show places I love or where I felt comfortable and still am feeling comfortable.

If the appreciative visitor of my website likes some of these places and if he or she experiences pleasure in looking at them contemplatively, then I would be happy.
